Amazon seller planning tool

Amazon Profit Calculator

Estimate what a single sale contributes after the product, inbound, marketplace, fulfilment, advertising and allowance figures you enter. It works for an FBA or FBM planning scenario and does not retrieve Amazon data.

Per-unit inputs (USD)

Formula: sale price − product cost − inbound shipping − referral and other Amazon fees − fulfilment − ads − allowance.

What this Amazon profit estimate includes

The result starts with sale price and subtracts the per-unit costs above. The referral calculation is sale price multiplied by the referral rate you enter, plus other Amazon fees. Select the override when a current fee report gives you a more useful combined marketplace-fee figure.

What it does not include automatically

Nothing is inferred about your category, listing, tax, storage, reimbursement, currency conversion or inventory carrying cost. Add a known per-unit item to the closest field or use an allowance. A positive result is not a guarantee of profit.

FAQ

Is this an official Amazon calculator?

No. This independent calculator uses only your manual inputs and has no Amazon connection.

How is break-even ACOS calculated?

It is maximum ad spend at break-even divided by the sale price. It is a planning ratio, not a recommended bid or campaign target.

Should I use FBA fees here?

Enter the fulfilment and Amazon-fee figures relevant to your own scenario. For a US FBA fee-only view, use the Amazon FBA Fee Calculator.
